Microsoft office añadirá soporte para ficheros abiertos (Open Document)
Quienes llevamos años utilizando Open Office y teniendo que guardar los documentos en formato DOC para que fueran accesibles a nuestros contactos, estamos de enhorabuena. Ya podremos utilizar un formato universal, abierto, más ligero y, a partir de ahora, editable desde MS Word.
Los usuarios podrán crear, abrir, editar y guardar documentos ODF (Open Office), así como guardar también en XPS, PDFu ODF. Tiempo atrás se publicó una extensión para poder utilizar los documentos de formato abierto en MS Office, pero ahora será nativo.
El formato ODF podrá ser configurado como formato por defecto del programa.
Claro que también tenéis la opción de utilizar ya Open Office, que ya ha publicado la primera Beta de su versión 3.0. Además con la enorme ventaja de que no lleva Outllok.
